Supermodel Hair

Finally we want to feel glam again. After a few years of many 90’s and Y2K inspired styles, the full volume blow out is back. The “fluffy hair” look is showing up on celebrities and influencers alike, with #90sblowout trending on Tiktok with over 275 millions views. It/s 90’s supermodel hair; think Stephanie Seymour, Cindy Crawford and Alicia Silverstone in the cult classic Clueless. It’s effortlessly classic with extra bouncy volume.
How To Do a 90s Blow Out
For this look it’s important to start out with clean hair and build a base that works with your hair texture and desired finished style. We recommend using a volumizing shampoo and conditioner and then a volumizing mousse to lift the roots and prep the hair for maximum body. Apply a heat protectant before sectioning off your hair and then begin blowing out each section with a large round brush, pinning the curls after each is dry. After all sections are completed, release pin curls and comb through, finishing off with a strong hold hairspray to keep the style intact.

This summer the biggest nail trends take a shift from last year’s bright and loud nail designs to lighter, natural, and polished looks. One big trend right now that has taken over the internet is the “glazed donut” nail, which Haily Beiber has been sporting. The nail design is created by rubbing a chrome powder over a neutral gel lacquer base to achieve a wet-metallic finish, and voila you have a glazed nail. The trend expanded beyond the baked bread colors as many applied this technique over the favorite nail colors.
The natural nail look or “my nails but better” is on-trend right now as subtle nails have become more popular. This look is basically your natural nail, but enhanced with polish to achieve a softer finish. This look can go short or long and have a french manicure look with an added milky overlay to cast a more neutral and subtle effect, mimicking your natural nail color.
